Partial Stage
BASIC Stage
When a homeowner already has some great pieces but needs a little help rounding out the space for showings, they need the Partial Stage! A partial stage consists of using some of what the homeowner has and blending with our inventory to elevate and modernize. This package includes primarily art, decor, and rugs as well as a few larger items as needed.
Those who select this package will receive “homework” from us instructing the homeowner as to what items to leave and what to remove before the time of staging.
Our Basic Stage consists of furnishing all main living areas; Living, Dining and Kitchen as well as the Primary Bedroom, one additional Bedroom OR Office, a small Outdoor Space and all Bathrooms. This stage is our most utilized package as it gets the job done by creating a warm and inviting environment in the spaces that matter most.
The Full Monte Stage
The Full Monte Stage takes care of the entire home. This package varies from property to property and tends to be utilized by larger properties listing at higher price points. These homes tend to require every space in the home to be furnished to truly communicate to the buyer all that the home has to offer.
All Staging packages are quoted for a period of 2 months
All Staging packages require the property not to be occupied during the duration of staging
We are happy to offer minor design suggestions to homeowners and/or agents that we feel would make a big impact for the listing for a small additional fee. These suggestions include paint, light fixtures, bathroom fixtures, flooring, etc.
